I am a Materials Engineer for our Telecom plant in Claremont, North Carolina.

What do you like most about the Make It program?
The thing I like most is being part of a team which is comprised of people across the globe with a common ideal and goal for the company.
What is the most challenging thing about your job?
The most challenging thing about my role is managing a large workload and prioritizing these for the business needs.
What is the most rewarding thing about your job?
Along with being the most challenging thing managing a large workload allows me to experience multiple products and processes from Prysmian Group. My day to day tasks change all the time which is good as it creates variety and continuous learning and challenges me to be able to work effectively and quickly on a personal level and with my team.
Would you recommend the Make It program to someone you know and Why?
Absolutely, the experience is one of a lifetime. The training and learning about the company in the environment that the Make It Program created was inspirational. The program gave my colleagues from across the globe and I a common mission for the Prysmian Group. Also, the friendships and networking opportunities you create in the process is priceless.
If yes, which is the most attractive element you will describe to him/her in joining Prysmian Group?
The most attractive thing about the Make It program is the endless possibilities for your career. Prysmian Group has many things to offer to its employees including a culture that is friendly and helpful. A large majority of people in upper management roles started as entry level, which reinforces that the company promotes from within. Also, there are countless employees that started in one department and have moved to a different department, product line or even facility.
