What do you like most about the Sell It program?

The thing that I enjoy the most about Prysmian and the Sell It program is meeting people worldwide, networking and being able to share ideas with each other.

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

I think that the most challenging thing is the need to get things moving for your customer when they are beyond your control. You must be able to work well with the other departments.

What is the most rewarding thing about your job?

Finding solutions to issues with other team members and departments for our customers to ensure we are making them happy.

Would you recommend the Sell It program to someone you know and Why?

Definitely I would recommend the Sell It Program because it is rewarding to know that you are part of the bigger picture and are trying to implement change.

If yes, which is the most attractive element you will describe to him/her in joining Prysmian Group?

Going to the headquarters in Milan and meeting with Management and key people in the industry in order to better understand Prysmian as a whole business. Striving to better yourself and grow to be able to do your job to the best of your abilities.
